Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility

Access to yola4d's real-money betting services is restricted to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. yola4d enforces a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets on the Platform under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be an individual residing in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable national, provincial, or local law. While yola4d primarily serves the Indonesian market, it is the Player's sole responsibility to verify their legal position before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a household of any employee of yola4d or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or licensed game providers.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on yola4d. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order on yola4d or any third-party responsible gaming registry that yola4d participates in.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money betting on yola4d, you must complete the full registration process. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, Players are required to provide, at minimum: a valid and active email address, a secure password, their full legal name as it appears on their KTP Nasional, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method. All fields must be completed truthfully.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. yola4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify yola4d support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. yola4d will not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

yola4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion if it determines that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account was registered with false or misleading information; (c) fraudulent, collusive, or match-fixing activity is suspected; or (d) the Account's continued operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, all balances associated with the Account may be forfeited.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yola4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and selected cryptocurrency networks including USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Payment method availability may vary from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the yola4d Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. yola4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts verified as belonging to the Account holder. Before any withdrawal is approved, the Player must have completed full KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. yola4d targets the following processing times, though these are not guaranteed:

• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.): 15 minutes to 3 hours during WIB business hours (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–20:00 WIB).
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically instant to 30 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH): Within 30 minutes of network confirmation, subject to blockchain congestion.

4.4 Currency

The Platform's primary operational currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit. yola4d is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between a crypto deposit and its IDR conversion.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

yola4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calen dar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are disclosed in full at the time each bonus is offered.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and togel markets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus credits and related winnings are automatically forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in cancellation of all associated bonus credits.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Misuse: yola4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploited a technical error.

Section 6

Betting Rules

All bets placed on yola4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting market, as published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, and FIFA World Cup fixtures, are governed by the specific rules for each market type. Asian Handicap (voor bola, a traditional Indonesian football handicap format), 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets all have distinct settlement rules published in the sports betting help section. In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform and any third-party data feed, the Platform's official result as determined by yola4d's trading team shall be final.

6.2 Casino Games

Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt studios are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. Slot games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe operate according to the paytables and rules embedded in the game. yola4d accepts no responsibility for interrupted gameplay caused by network disconnection on the Player's side.

6.3 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets available on yola4d are settled based on officially published draw results from the relevant draw authority. Bets are void if a draw is cancelled. Payouts are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by yola4d if: (a) it was placed on an event that was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) it was accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error; or (c) the bet violates these Terms. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Account Balance at stake value.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on yola4d and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud yola4d or other Players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, counterfeit identity documents, or false claims regarding transactions.
• Match Fixing & Manipulation: Placing bets on events in which the Player has inside knowledge of, or is actively participating in, any form of result manipulation, match-fixing, or corrupt conduct.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other Players, game agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets without human interaction, unless explicitly permitted in writing by yola4d.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a bank or e-wallet provider for any deposit made to yola4d. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their Account suspended and the chargeback amount plus administrative costs recovered through all available legal means.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, pricing error, system fault, or vulnerability to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be payable. Winnings derived from manifest errors are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.

Section 8

KYC & Verification

yola4d is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal and at any time yola4d deems it necessary to verify identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership.

8.1 Required Documents

The primary document accepted for identity verification on yola4d is the Indonesian national identity card (KTP Nasional). Depending on the Player's circumstances and the level of verification required, yola4d may also request one or more of the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of the front and back of the Player's KTP Nasional.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their KTP Nasional and a handwritten note showing the current date and "yola4d".
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the Player's BCA or BRI mobile banking app showing the account name and number).
• Proof of source of funds for Players depositing above certain thresholds, such as recent bank statements or payslips.

8.2 Processing Time

yola4d targets KYC verification within 1 to 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items and will restart the processing clock. Withdrawal requests cannot be fulfilled while KYC verification is pending.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the yola4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, data feeds, game content licensed from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of yola4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of yola4d.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yola4d, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if yola4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform caused by events beyond yola4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to follow responsible gaming guidelines, secure their Account credentials, or comply with these Terms.
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game played on the Platform — yola4d makes no guarantee of profit or return to any Player.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, yola4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

yola4d takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every verified Account, including configurable deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have developed a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact our support team immediately.

yola4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account permanently closed and all funds returned to the original payment source after identity confirmation. Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which yola4d operates. yola4d operates under an international gaming licence and is regulated as an online betting platform serving players across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary commercial focus on the Indonesian market.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and yola4d, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits yola4d's right to seek injunctive or other emergency relief in any competent court.

Section 13

Amendments

yola4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, yola4d will notify Players by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your available Balance through normal channels before your Account is closed.
